1. custom work and services

Due to the nature of custom welding, fabrication, and repair services, all sales are final once work has begun or materials have been sourced. Each project is tailored to client specifications and cannot be resold or repurposed.

2. deposits and cancellations

Deposits made to secure service appointments or initiate custom builds are non-refundable unless canceled within 24 hours of payment.
If a cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has started, the client may be responsible for partial or full payment depending on project stage.

3. quality assurance

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you believe there is a defect or issue with completed work:

Contact us within 7 days of service completion.
We will assess the concern and, if warranted, offer a repair or adjustment at no additional cost.

Refunds are not issued for:

Change of mind
Misuse or alteration of completed work
Delays caused by client inaction or external factors

4. merchandise

If Cryptid Customs Metalworks offers branded merchandise or accessories:

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
